Warranty Coverage

Warranty Exclusions

  2. Normal Wear and Tear
    • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents, is not covered.
  3. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
    • Damage or defects resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations of the product are not covered.
  4. Improper Maintenance
    • Any damage resulting from failure to properly maintain and care for the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions is not covered.
  5. Consumable Parts
    • Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
  1. Initiating a Claim
    • To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with the following information:
      • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
      • Description of the defect
      • Photographs or videos of the defect, if applicable
  2. Evaluation of the Claim
    • Our team will evaluate the warranty claim and determine whether it meets the criteria outlined in this policy. This process may require you to send the product back to us for inspection.
  3. Resolution
    • If the claim is approved, EYLAE will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with an identical or comparable product, or issue a refund. The choice of remedy is at the sole discretion of EYLAE.
Shipping and Handling
  1. Return Shipping Costs
    • The customer is responsible for shipping the product to EYLAE for warranty evaluation. If the claim is approved, EYLAE will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer.
  2. Packaging
    • The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. EYLAE is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping due to inadequate packaging.
Limitations and Liability
  1. Limitation of Liability
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, EYLAE’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or the refund of the purchase price. EYLAE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
  2. Exclusive Remedy
    • The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and are in lieu of all other remedies, whether oral or written, express or implied.
Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the Dutch courts.

EYLAE reserves the right to amend or modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the effective date of the amendment.
