Shipping
What is your delivery time?
Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on your location, it may take up to 7 business days for you to receive your order.
Which courier will deliver my order?
We ship with DHL, DPD, and PostNL.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code to track your order.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
No, we do NOT charge shipping costs. Enjoy more benefits at home!

Returns
Can I return my order?
If the product is in complete and undamaged condition, you can return it to us within 14 days without giving any reason. You can register your return through this page.
Who bears the return shipping costs?
Currently, we are unable to create return labels for the customer. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
